Christina Leary is the founder and Artistic Director of Pointe 2 Perfection Dance Studio, LLC. Miss Christina began her dancing career at an early age and it was not long before she realized that she wanted to share her passion for dance with others. Miss Christina has trained in all styles of dance including ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, and modern. She grew up dancing competitively and attending master classes regularly. In 1997, Miss Christina was crowned, "Miss Dance" by Kids Artistic Revue productions, a nationally recognized dance competition. Wanting to be able to provide her students with more than just a studio based learning experience; Miss Christina went to the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and graduated with a degree in Dance Education in 2002. Miss Christina is ONE OF THE FIRST to be certified by the State Department of Education as a Dance Teacher in Connecticut's Public Schools! She began her teaching career with, Rhythm-N-Sync Dance Studio, at the age of 16, and taught at Valley Ballet for 7 years. At both dance studios Miss Christina taught recreational and competitive classes.
Her students have won numerous awards and continue to be recognized by the judges. Most recently her dancers have won Top First in every age category competed in, the Sweetheart Award, and Best Choreography award as well as receiving invitations to exclusive dance teams. She has also choreographed for musicals such as the Pajama Game, Seussical, High School Musical, The Addams Family, Aladdin, & Cinderella (which won the Halo Award for best musical in 2016) . Miss Christina worked as the dance teacher for Conard High School for 3 years. Miss Christina is currently the choreographer for Chase Collegiate School in Waterbury, CT. She is also the founder of Chase Collegiate Dance Company. Miss Christina is proud to be able to offer her expertise in dance to you! Her love of children shines through her teaching and she is positive that you will be completely satisfied with the high quality dance education that your child will receive.

  Alyssa Pompano

Miss Alyssa has been a part of the Pointe 2 Perfection Dance Studio family since 2010.  She has trained in all areas of dance and has won many high place awards at regional dance competitions across the state of Connecticut. Miss Alyssa absolutely loves dance and working with children! Her constant smile and bubbly personality make her students feel welcome and comfortable in class.  Alyssa is currently a Freshman at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island where she is studying business and dance.

  Jessica Aronin
Jessica is a second grade teacher at Our Lady of Mount Carmel.  She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree at California State University, Fullerton in Child and Adolescent Development, and is currently earning her Master’s Degree at University of Saint Joseph in Special Education.  In result of numerous talent shows/auditions, plays, performances, and personal singing & song writing, she has years of experience in regards to performing music.  She has taken college courses on how to best teach children how to sing and how to learn different fluctuations of sound.  Her passion for singing started when she was younger and became interested in writing poetry; the poems led her to lyrics and that led her to music.  She looks forward to working with your children and aiding them in discovering confidence in their individually unique melodies!
